The force is an energy field that connects all living  things. It moves through us, surrounds us and binds us. It is the one thing that all living things have in common from single celled to complex organisms. 

It is the difference between primordial soup and life, from an mix of acids and peptide bonds to DNA.

it has been called may things throughout human history.

The Force is comprised of 3 elements

• The Infinite force: what always was and always will be, predating the creation of our universe and will continue past its entropy. This is what drives destiny.
• The Physical force: Emerged from the infinite force when space and matter came into existence. The bonds that hold atoms together and energy that transfers in your heart are all examples of the physical force.
• The Living Force: Sprang from the point where the the physical world was capable of sustaining life. It is what connects all living beings and separates us from inanimate objects.

A Grey JEDI is one who seeks balance in their connection to the force through the pillars of:

• Justice
• Enlightenment 
• Discipline
• Inquirious

Guided by these values anyone can find balance within themselves and create harmony in their lives through physical, mental, emotional and spiritual training. 

The Jedi are a fictional order in the STAR WARS franchises that were inspired by multiple real world ancient religions and philosophies. They practiced under the belief that The Force has a light side and a dark side.  The Jedi believed they served the light side by discipling themselves to not experience or give into emotion, or attachments. This included Family bonds and romantic relationships. 

Often abstaining from these basic human experiences would cause a Jedi to become overwhelmed with what they repressed and fall to the dark side and lead to self destruction and violence. 

As a Grey JEDI, seeking balance drives development and acceptance of these human traits helps in the development of self control and improvement. 

The Light side of the force would be best described as the nurturing and creative side of life.

The Dark side would best be described as the destructive and brutal side of life.

Both are necessary for the other to exist

What makes the Order or grey Jedi unique is our church is centered around individual growth instead of dogmatic compliance. One can hold any set of religious beliefs or no beliefs at all and still develop as a Grey JEDI
